Private Appointments
1. General Terms
1.1 When you make an appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your appointment. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder.
1.2 All bookings are final. Once a booking is confirmed, no refunds or rescheduling will be provided for missed appointments.
1.3 Clients are expected to attend their scheduled sessions promptly. If you are unable to attend, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
1.4 Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during sessions.
1.5 Private sessions are recorded, and an audio file will be provided to you for your personal and private use only.
1.6 You are expressly prohibited from modifying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, or selling private session recordings without our prior written permission.
2. Mediumship Sessions
2.1 A mediumship session is a form of experiment. No guarantees are made, and no specific outcomes can be promised.
2.2 While you may request to hear from a specific individual, communication with any specific spirit cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of the work.
2.3 If, within the first ten (10) minutes, the medium determines that the session is not working for any reason, the session may be terminated and your fee refunded.
2.4 I f you choose to continue the session past the ten-minute mark, you are deemed to accept the session as satisfactory, and no refunds will be given thereafter.
2.5 The inability to connect with a specific individual is not considered valid grounds for refund or rescheduling.
2.6 The medium does not provide fortune-telling or predictions. While spirit communicators may offer perspectives on your life, this is not a substitute for professional advice.
2.7 For matters relating to legal, medical, or financial concerns, you must seek advice from a qualified professional.
2.8 Clients are expected to exercise personal discernment when considering any information or guidance received during a session.
2.9 Group demonstrations of mediumship are also considered experimental in nature. No claims or guarantees are made, including contact with specific individuals or receipt of personal messages.
2.10 By booking a mediumship session, you acknowledge and agree that the service is intended solely for spiritual and personal insight. It is not a substitute for therapy, professional counseling, or medical treatment.
2.11 If you are experiencing intense grief, trauma, or emotional distress, you are strongly advised to seek the support of a licensed mental health or grief professional.
3. Soul-to-Soul Sessions
3.1 In soul-to-soul sessions, the medium attunes to the incarnate spirit and offers reflections of the wisdom, energy, and guidance perceived.
3.2 These sessions are not predictive. The medium may identify potential directions, but the outcomes are dependent on your actions and choices.
3.3 These sessions are intended to support self-awareness and empowerment. Any actions taken as a result of the session remain solely the responsibility of the client.
4. Healing Mediumship
4.1 Healing mediumship involves the channeling of spiritual energy through the medium for the purpose of healing. This may occur through physical contact, the laying on of hands, prayer, or distant intention.
4.2 No guarantees or claims are made regarding the effectiveness of this form of healing. It is not a medical treatment and should not be interpreted as such.

Classes & Events
1. General Terms
1.1 All courses are provided for educational purposes only.
1.2 By enrolling in any course or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 Our courses, web content, and email communications are not intended as a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
1.4 Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical or psychological condition.
1.5 Never disregard or delay seeking professional advice based on any information provided through our services.
2. Bookings and Refunds
2.1 All bookings for live courses are final and strictly non-refundable.
2.2 We reserve the right to cancel a registration without refund if a participant defaults on their tuition payment agreement.
3. Right to Refuse or Remove Access
3.1 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:
a. Refuse admittance to any course;
b. Remove any individual from a course or platform, including social media communities, if deemed necessary for the well-being of other students and staff.
3.2 In such cases, a pro-rated refund may be issued, but this is not guaranteed.
4. Recordings and Privacy
4.1 Class Recordings
a. Recordings of live sessions are made available solely as a courtesy for informational and review purposes.
b. Access is not guaranteed and may be revoked, restricted, or removed at any time without prior notice and without obligation to disclose a reason.
4.2 Access Restrictions
a. Recordings are accessible only to participants who attended the corresponding live session.
b. Recordings may not be shared, copied, distributed, or used for any other purpose without prior written permission.
c. Unauthorized use or sharing may result in removal from the course or associated platforms.
4.3 Privacy and Confidentiality
a. All recordings are handled with strict privacy and security measures.
b. No recordings of a student’s image, voice, or identifiable information will be publicly distributed without prior written consent.
4.4 Instructor Content
a. We reserve the right to record, copy, transcribe, and distribute the instructor’s image, voice, and comments for educational, promotional, or archival use, in perpetuity.
4.5 Participant Devices and Image Release
a. All online classes require participants to join using a personal device with a microphone and/or camera.
b. Participation constitutes a release and waiver of rights in the capture and use of the participant’s image, likeness, and/or voice for internal educational purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.6 Technical Support
a. No technical support is provided for accessing or troubleshooting course materials, including recordings.
b. Participants are responsible for managing access to all course content on their own devices.
5. Membership and Course Access
5.1 Membership in the Premium On-Demand Masterclass includes lifetime access to premium course materials, bonus content, and complimentary live events, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
5.2 Membership in the Gold On-Demand Masterclass includes the same access for a period of one (1) year.
5.3 Course content will remain available as long as the company continues operations. In the event of company closure, best efforts will be made to transfer content to an alternative platform.
6. Email Communication and GDPR Compliance
6.1 To receive community access and updates, participants must provide consent to receive email communications.
6.2 In compliance with GDPR, if consent is not granted, the account may be suspended.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
By using our services, you agree that you will not:
7.1 Violate any applicable laws, third-party rights, or these Terms and Conditions.
7.2 Use our sites or services if you are under the age of 18 or are otherwise not legally able to enter binding contracts.
7.3 Interfere with other users' experiences or listings.
7.4 Post false, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content, including personal information.
7.5 Use our platform for link-building, spamming, or pyramid schemes.
7.6 Distribute viruses, malware, or any technologies that may harm the site or its users.
7.7 Harvest or collect users’ information, including email addresses, without express consent.
8. Liability Disclaimer
